Refund policy

At Out of Auto, we strive to quality check all our items before shipping. However, if you feel that your item arrived damaged or is defective, please contact us as soon you receive your item. We want to rectify any issues where we are at fault. To get in touch with us concerning a return or cancellation, please email sales@outofauto.com and note your order number and details. Contact must be made within 14 days of purchase.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, we will however replace any item that has arrived damaged or is defective.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once your order has been submitted we immediately begin the process of fulfilling your order as all items are shipped with 24-48 hours. Please contact us asap if you need to cancel or amend an order. We will try to accommodate your request if order fullfillment has not commenced. If your order is being refunded it may take up to 7 business days to show in your account.

Out of Auto reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
